- Tired of letting a Bend Realtor decide what you should get to see? Let me set you up with your own portal (page) on the Bend MLS system. But not just any page. This page is a smart portal. It will only show you the Bend homes YOU are interested in, based upon your own criteria. You no longer have to wade through Bend MLS garbage that has no bearing on what you want, AND you no longer have to go to the Bend MLS access page to look at the system- it comes to you. Simply click on the “Contact/ MLS Search form” link in the sidebar to the left, and fill in your information. Be sure to make the criteria as tight as you feel comfortable with, because there are a LOT of homes for sale out there- thousands in the Bend MLS.
- Example: A spread of $250,000 to $500,000, 2 bedrooms or more, Bend homes, is probably going to net you hundreds of matches. Much better would be $300,000 to $450,000, 3 bedroom (would you really live in a 2 bedroom?) Just do your best to be realistic about what you might really want to buy- and feel free to email me at any time to change your criteria if you are getting too many or too few matches.
- Here is how it works: You will get an invitation from the Bend MLS system to log into your portal. Once there, you will see it is very simple, but attractive and extremely useful. You have an INBOX, where all of your new Bend home matches will be waiting for you in full color. You can then choose to move them to your SAVED box, for later use, or to put them in your DISCARD box. When you find something you absolutely must know more about- just call or email me and I will dig up whatever is possible to dig up, or set up a showing for you to see the home or property. There is no better way I know, not Zillow, not Trulia, not the Bend MLS, not me scanning for you with my eyes and not yours, no better way to search Bend Real Estate to find THE most perfect choice for your Bend home.
#2- WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE INSIDE A BEND HOME, BUT YOU AREN’T IN BEND?
- Let me shoot a video for you! I have a Flip Mino video camera that lets me post videos directly to YOUTUBE for you to view at your leisure! I will go through the entire Bend home, front to back, inside and out, and pan around at the neighborhood as well. I need permission from the Bend Real Estate agent and Homeowner, but in the current Bend Real Estate market, no one has yet turned me down. That way, you get to see the Bend home as if you were actually in it, though you are hundreds of miles away or more. So, when you find that match that just seems perfect, but need a real world look at it, call or email me. I will make the calls, get over there, preview it, and then shoot the video. I then return to my office, edit and upload it, and email you the link to the posted video!
