an absolutely No B.S. policy.
If retirement is still a bit off for you, if you have kids

enjoy the active Central Oregon lifestyle, I believe I can
better represent you. I'm a 38 year old, married father of
three school age kids, a second generation Bend Realtor, a
Buy-side specialist, an outdoor enthusiast, and a member of
MENSA- the high IQ society, doing business in one of the
nation's most liveable small markets, Bend and Central
Oregon. I live and play on Bend’s Westside, as do my
children, so if you are interested in that part of town,
please consider it my specialty. Buyers are my focus, as I
rarely take listings unless asked to by a former client or
a friend.
My family has been working in Bend Real Estate since 1992,
and we've seen the area blossom from dilapidated former
logging town into a premier vacation and retirement
destination with recreation and lifestyle opportunities
unmatched elsewhere in the Northwest. I graduated from the
University of Oregon, and also attended the University of
California, San Diego. I have honed my people skills over
the years in various positions, retail in high school and
college, running a client based service business after
college, as the top salesperson at both Great American Home
Furnishings and area heavyweight Wilson’s of Redmond, and
most recently serving as the Events Organizer for the local
Obama campaign office. I am a listener at heart, and this
skill has always served me better than any other, not only
in business, but in personal relationships as well.
As a Mensan, I believe I can offer ideas different from
what the herd might be telling you, and can bring that
extra intellectual intensity to YOUR side of any
negotiations necessary to your deal. And of course, I can
bring the wisdom of my parents and our other long time
brokers to bear any time it is needed. You will hear this a
lot on our sites, but we really do practice absolute
honesty. If we have a problem with something a client may
wish to buy, we consider it a matter of conscience to make
it known. We literally have talked MANY clients out of
buying homes in the current Bend Real Estate market. And
those in our office have talked themselves out of listings
by being honest about what a seller’s Bend home was REALLY
worth. But we always believe that if we make an impression
on you for honest dealing in a business that is not known
for such displays of realism, you will not only come back
to us, but you will become fans and will tell your friends
and relatives as well when they need a Bend
Realtor.
