I am a second generation Bend Realtor, and a Bend Oregon resident since 1990. I like to help families and couples find their Bend Home, one in Redmond, or anywhere in Central Oregon, by serving as the sort of advocate that Bend Real Estate has not always been known for- an HONEST one. Times have changed, prices have fallen, loans are tough to get, and the market can be both intimidating and tough to decipher. Don't make the wrong choice with your Bend Realtor- many are recent transplants from Southern California, following the Boom, stymied by the Bust, waiting for the next bus out of town. Many won't tell you the REAL deal about a Bend property because they simply want your money.
Many Bend Real Estate agents are "Order takers"- they take your listing, or your criteria for a Bend home, and they disappear. This is a numbers system taught to many Agents for years. They view it as a numbers game- take as many clients as you can, and by the law of numbers, some of them will bring you a paycheck.
